The Groove Hogs hope that your summer was an enjoyable one.
The band certainly enjoyed the opportunity to play for all
those that caught a show on the summer tour. Western Wisconsin
proved to be a winner for us this summer with some memorable
shows that happened in Prairie du Chien, Sparta, and Cassville.
Shows at the Stones Throw Winery, the Waukesha Blues Fest,
and the recent Algoma Wine Fest also proved, shall we say, “fruitful”!
The band is pleased to announce that it will be recording
a live DVD / CD in January of 2009. Following four previous
studio outings, The Hogs felt it necessary to capture on
tape what they do best – performing live. The details
for this special show are being finalized and all information
will be released by mid-October. Please keep an eye on this
site for time, location, and ticket information!
Other new shows are being finalized for the fall and winter
months. These shows will be posted on the tour page as they
are confirmed.
Please take some time to click the MySpace link on this
page and visit our sister site in cyberspace. Live videos,
tunes, and photo albums from past shows are being updated
and added weekly, so enjoy!
